Returns
Digital products
Digital items are non-refundable.
If you encounter issues with the file, downloading, or payment — we will solve the problem individually. Please contact us.
Printed books
– Damages during shipping will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
– We will do everything possible to ensure every package arrives safely.
– Full return policy will be added once printed books launch.
